Physiotherapy can help you decrease your risk of falls by improving your strength and balance. Should you come to Bathurst Family Physiotherapy following a fall we will help you regain your confidence through a graded, evidence based exercise and balance program. You will undergo a thorough assessment of your strength, balance and mobility and start at a level suitable for your current level of function.
